Social Analytics Agent
社媒数据监控 Agent
One dashboard for every social account — health scores, growth and engagement trends, competitor benchmarks and anomaly alerts, all from your own API keys.
它能做什么
Social Analytics Agent connects the social accounts you already run — X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook — and pulls their metrics into one local dashboard with a health score for each account. It tracks follower growth, engagement rate and posting cadence over time, benchmarks you against competitors you choose, and fires anomaly alerts when an account suddenly drops or a post unexpectedly explodes. Everything runs from your own platform API keys and stays on your machine — no social-media SaaS subscription that owns your data history. It is delivered as a runnable stack (ingestion workers, a database and a dashboard) with a one-command start, and the first full pull of an account's recent metrics happens within minutes of connecting a key.
功能
- ✓ Unified dashboard for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook — every account's metrics in one place
- ✓ Per-account health score (0–100) built from engagement rate, growth trend and posting consistency
- ✓ Follower-growth and engagement-rate tracking across daily, weekly and monthly timeframes
- ✓ Competitor benchmarking: add any public accounts and compare growth and engagement side by side
- ✓ Anomaly detection that alerts via email, Slack or Telegram when an account drops sharply or a post spikes
- ✓ Best-time-to-post analysis derived from your own historical engagement data
- ✓ Runs entirely from your platform API keys with a local database — historical data stays yours and exports to CSV
- ✓ docker-compose one-command start; a full metric pull completes minutes after you connect your first account
- ✓ Post-level leaderboard: for every account, the best- and worst-performing posts by engagement are ranked, so you can see precisely which topic or format to double down on
- ✓ Content-format comparison: engagement rate broken down by post type (reels/shorts vs carousel vs text/link posts) to steer format strategy with numbers instead of guesswork
- ✓ Scheduled PDF or email reports: a weekly one-page summary of health scores and trends is rendered and delivered to your inbox or a client inbox on a schedule you set
- ✓ Multi-client grouping: organize accounts into client folders and view a combined report per folder — built for small agencies that track several brands without buying an enterprise seat
适用场景
- ▸ A DTC brand monitors four social accounts plus three competitors and gets a weekly health report instead of manual spreadsheet exports
- ▸ A creator or consultant tracks which content drives real follower growth and posts at the times their audience is actually online
- ▸ A social media manager catches a shadow-ban-like reach drop the day it happens via a Telegram alert, not two weeks later in a report
- ▸ A marketing lead consolidates reporting across X, LinkedIn and YouTube for the founder without buying a $200/month analytics suite
- ▸ A small agency tracking 6 client accounts generates a white-label weekly PDF report per client and cuts manual screenshot-and-spreadsheet reporting from roughly 3 hours a week to minutes
- ▸ A personal-brand founder compares where their audience actually engages (LinkedIn vs X vs YouTube) over a quarter and quietly drops the channel that is costing time without returning engagement

FAQ
Which platforms are supported?
X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook are supported for metrics pulling. Each connects with that platform's official API key from your own developer account; the README links the exact place to create each one.
Do I still need a paid analytics tool after this?
For the core job — watching your own accounts' health, growth and engagement — no. This replaces the monthly subscription for the data you can already access via APIs. If you later want advertising-panel-style paid metrics, those live inside the ad platforms themselves.
Where does my data live?
In a local database on your machine started by docker-compose. Nothing is sent to us; you can export any account's history to CSV whenever you want.
How do I get alerts?
The anomaly workflow lets you choose email, Slack or Telegram. Set a drop threshold (for example followers −5% in 24h, or engagement −30%) and the agent pings that channel when a metric crosses it.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes — $79 once for the software and 12 months of updates, with no per-seat or per-account fees. The only ongoing cost is the platform API access you already hold from your own developer accounts.
What is your refund and update policy?
14-day refund if the stack does not pull and display your accounts' metrics as described when you follow the README. Updates for 12 months cover API-shape changes from the platforms and new metric definitions.
What do I need to run it?
Docker with docker-compose on macOS, Windows or Linux — the stack starts a local database, ingestion workers and the dashboard with one command. A modest laptop or a $10–$20/month VPS is plenty; ingestion respects platform rate limits so it runs fine in the background.
Can I customize the reports, thresholds and alert channels, and what happens if a platform API changes?
Yes — health-score weights, anomaly thresholds and alert destinations live in config.yaml, and report templates are editable. If a platform changes its API, the affected connector is updated within the 12-month update window, and email support is available if a pull breaks before the update ships.
